    Building a new product with React, Vite, TailwindCSS, Bun, and Vitest. Also working on the open source app-builder in React and Redux, where I improved performance and cut bundle size through code splitting and dependency cleanup.

    Lead Frontend Software Engineer

    Started as a senior frontend engineer on Angular and RxJS fintech products, then moved into a lead role managing a team of four across Spain and Italy. Built the company UI component library in Stencil.js and led the frontend of an Angular application for financial onboarding.

    Frontend work on a large insurance platform built with NX, Angular, RxJS, NgRx, and AWS Cognito. Worked closely with UX designers and backend engineers, and helped junior and mid-level colleagues with code quality and Angular patterns.

Beyond the code

Good software is only useful if other people can work with it, extend it, and learn from it. That is why I teach, contribute to open source, and help run a local developer community.

I am a Senior Software Engineer based in Rome. Eight years building web applications in React and Angular, mostly in fintech and insurance, more recently on developer platforms.

I have been teaching JavaScript since 2020. Same language, different questions every year. Writing code is the part I get paid for. Explaining why it works is the part that keeps me honest.
